Description
Wildflower Key to Success Seed Mix is a versatile wildflower seed mix made up of varieties of rustic, cottage wildflowers, capable of handling demanding soil & positions.
It is a dwarf seed blend of flowers that will grow no higher than 40cm, making it a perfect choice for pots and planters. It has been specially developed to bloom in difficult places such as at the feet of trees, along walls, slopes, in central road islands and within shaded areas. It can also be planted on a large scale to bring colour to fields and meadows.
This hardy and strong seed mix is composed of annual plants (such as Bachelor Button, Rose Balsam and Sweet Alyssum) & perennial plants (such as Basket of Gold, Creeping Daisy, Cosmic Orange and Blanket Flower).
- Use 2–3g per m². Avoid overseeding as it can limit flower growth
- One gram contains approximately 700–800 seeds
- Can be sown anytime. Ideal sowing periods are Autumn and Spring. Avoid sowing just before or during frost—wait until after your last frost date
-
Do not mix different seed mixes, as this creates competition and will reduce the growth of some species
- Photos are for illustration only. Species may vary with season and availability
