Refund policy

Our seeds are guaranteed, up to the purchase price, to be of the advertised variety and quantity (within reasonable tolerance) and in suitable condition. This is our only warranty; no other guarantees, either expressed or implied, are provided. Any additional information we offer—such as growing tips, treatments, images, or descriptions—is shared in good faith as general guidance. Please be aware that outcomes may vary significantly due to factors like climate, location, and specific growing practices, which are beyond our control.

Since seeds are living products, their germination depends on a variety of conditions, including temperature, moisture, soil type, light, pests, and diseases, among others. These factors are entirely outside our control and fall under the buyer’s responsibility and risk. As such, we cannot guarantee successful seed performance under all growing conditions, storage methods, or care practices.

Our products are covered by guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded. If there’s a major fault, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the issue isn’t major but the product isn’t of acceptable quality, you’re entitled to have it repaired or replaced.

Due to the nature of the goods, we will not accept returns for change of mind or any other reasons. We guarantee they meet acceptable quality standards and are fit for their intended purpose. If they do not, we will gladly offer a replacement.

Exchanges
We will happily replace items that are damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact@meadowflowers.com.au with a photo of the damaged item. 

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to PO Box 289, Southport BC 4215 QLD. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs unless the item was not described or damaged.

The time it will take for your replacement product to reach you will vary depending on your location.
