Shipping policy
When will I receive my order?
Due to a high volume of orders, we’re experiencing longer processing times than usual. Please allow up to 6 business days for processing and dispatch. We appreciate your patience. During the busy season, orders are processed and dispatched within 2–6 business days. All orders are dispatched from Gold Coast, Queensland.
Please note that the dispatch and delivery times on the website are estimates only. We will only dispatch the order once payment has been received. Credit card payments can take at least 2-3 business days. Please note we do not process and dispatch on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
We ship using Australia Post STANDARD and EXPRESS post. Depending on your location in Australia, shipping is estimated to take 5-10 business days for Aus Post Standard and 1 to 4 days for Aus Post Express.
We cannot guarantee delivery times as they may change due to reasons beyond our control. We are not responsible for late deliveries and will not issue a refund or cancellation due to a late delivery. Choosing express shipping at checkout refers to the delivery service speed after your order is dispatched. It does not guarantee faster dispatch or processing times. All orders will be dispatched only once payment has cleared.
How much does shipping cost?
We have fixed-priced shipping at $8.90 Standard and $15.95 Express inc GST, which includes a tracking number.
For WA orders, shipping is $16.99 for Standard and $23.50 for Express (including GST), and each package comes with a tracking number. This cost includes mandatory quarantine import fees.
For TAS orders, shipping is $9.90 (Standard) and $17.95 (Express), both including GST and tracking. This cost covers mandatory quarantine inspections and paperworks, so expect delays.
Orders requiring a larger parcel size due to bulk quantities may incur additional postage charges. Customers will be contacted and updated prior to shipment if any shipping adjustments are required. Orders above $500 require a signature on delivery and Aus Post Extra Cover.
Custom orders may incur different postage rates. Orders over 1000g will incur different postage rates based on weight and delivery location. Postage will be updated upon dispatch. Read more HERE.
Western Australia Dispatch:
To comply with WA customs requirements, all orders destined for WA, including Express shipping orders, are shipped in bulk at the end of the week once the 2–4 business day processing period is complete. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. After leaving our warehouse, it generally takes 2–5 business days for orders to arrive at the WA Customs Office.
Your tracking status will stay "Ready for processing" until customs Quarantine Officers complete their inspection. The tracking number will activate after your order clears inspection, which can take up to 10 business days. Delivery from the customs office to your address typically takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on the postal service you selected. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite or provide an exact time frame for the checks.
Delivery:
Orders are processed as quickly as possible and dispatched once payment is confirmed. Delivery timelines depend on third-party carriers, including Australia Post, and are not guaranteed.
The estimated delivery times displayed on our website are intended as a guide only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather events, and shipping courier delays, especially during peak seasons.
We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages once they have been handed over to a third-party carrier. All parcels are delivered without a signature, and any recipient at the provided delivery address will be considered authorised to accept the package.
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, we recommend checking with household members or neighbours first, and contacting Australia Post directly to lodge an investigation. We are happy to assist you with this process where possible, but cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that sometimes tracking can take up to 48 hours to appear while Australia Post scans your parcel into their system.
State Restrictions:
Some seed mixes are restricted in certain states like WA and TAS due to biosecurity regulations. If an item you’ve ordered isn’t approved for delivery to your state, we’ll automatically swap it for an in-stock, state-approved alternative of equal value (or as close as possible) to avoid any delays in dispatch.
We do not cancel orders when this occurs — instead, we ensure you receive a similar mix that is allowed for your state. This process helps keep orders compliant with state import laws.
This policy also applies during sales and promotional periods, as we prioritise timely and smooth dispatch for all customers. If the substitute mix has a lower value than your original order, we’ll refund the difference.
Pricing and Payment:
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Accepted payment methods are detailed on our payment and shipping page. Orders are confirmed upon processing and dispatch. Please review your order carefully before completing payment, as cancellations are not possible after payment is made.

If an error has been made, we may be able to adjust your order or offer store credit at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible — the sooner we hear from you, the more likely we can help.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers must ensure that the information provided at checkout, including shipping details, is accurate. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details, including lost or undelivered orders. If a shipment is returned to us because it was not collected or due to an error in the provided address, we will not cover the cost of reshipping or cancel the order. Reshipping can be arranged at the customer’s expense.
If we contact you regarding your order and do not receive a response within 10 business days, we reserve the right to proceed with, modify, or cancel the order to avoid ongoing delays.
Stock Availability:
We make every effort to keep stock levels accurate, but availability may vary. If an item is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the missing product and proceed with the rest of the order. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to Biosecurity restrictions, we do not ship overseas.
