All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Accepted payment methods are detailed on our payment and shipping page. Orders are confirmed upon processing and dispatch. Please review your order carefully before completing payment, as cancellations are not possible after payment is made.

Seed Information

Seed quantities are approximate and based on weight or volume. Our seeds are intended strictly for propagation. Any references to edibility apply only to the resulting plants, not the seeds themselves. Our seed mixes are unsuitable for grazing animals or livestock consumption, including cattle, sheep, or other animals. Customers who use our mixes for grazing do so at their own risk, and Meadow Flowers Australia accepts no liability for any consequences arising from such use.

Order Processing and Availability

We make every effort to keep stock levels accurate, but availability may vary. If an item is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the missing product and proceed with the rest of the order, or contact you to offer a similar mix as a substitute. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Order Changes

Please review your order carefully before completing payment, as cancellations are not possible once payment is made.

If an error has been made, we may be able to adjust your order or offer store credit at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible — the sooner we hear from you, the more likely we can help.

Delivery

Orders are processed as quickly as possible and dispatched once payment is confirmed. Delivery timelines depend on third-party carriers, including Australia Post and couriers, and are not guaranteed. Any recipient at the provided delivery address will be considered authorised to accept the package.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that the information provided at checkout, including shipping details, is accurate. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details, including lost or undelivered orders.

Limitation of Liability

Meadow Flowers Australia provides high-quality trial and tested wildflower seed mixes, but growth success depends on environmental factors outside our control. Meadow Flowers Australia is not liable for any loss, damage, or unsatisfactory growth resulting from the use of our seed mixes. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that:

  • Results May Vary: Germination and plant growth depend on factors such as climate, soil quality, and care. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
  • No Liability for Loss or Damage: We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including unsuccessful plant growth, property damage from gardening, or financial losses related to product use.
  • External Plants: While our seeds are thoroughly checked, other plants may appear in your garden that weren’t previously present. This can occur naturally due to disturbance of soil, existing soil conditions, seeds carried by birds or wildlife, or other environmental factors. We cannot guarantee complete germination or the absence of weeds, as these are influenced by soil, weather, wildlife, and other natural conditions.
  • Safe Use is the Customer’s Responsibility: Customers must handle both seeds and the flowers they produce responsibly, considering potential risks to pets, children, grazing animals (including cattle and sheep), and native ecosystems. None of our seed mixes are suitable for grazing animals, and we will not be liable for any consequences if they are used for this purpose.
  • Compliance with Local Laws: Customers are responsible for ensuring their planting complies with relevant environmental and biosecurity regulations.
  • General Information Only: Our guides, blogs, and customer support provide general advice and do not replace professional agricultural, environmental, or legal guidance.
  • Terms May Change: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products signifies acceptance of any changes.

No Guarantees on Germination or Growth

Despite our careful selection of seeds, their success depends on conditions beyond our control. We do not guarantee germination rates, plant growth, or flowering outcomes.

Use at Your Own Risk

Customers accept full responsibility for:

  • Choosing the right seeds for their location and soil type;
  • Following appropriate planting and maintenance methods;
  • Ensuring the safety of seeds around pets, children, and local ecosystems;
  • Complying with any planting restrictions in their area.

Edible Use Disclaimer

Only our 100% Organic Edible Flower Seed Mix is designed for safe consumption. All other seed mixes sold by Meadow Flowers Australia are not intended for human or animal consumption, even if some species may be considered edible. We recommend exercising caution and doing your own research before consuming any flowers or plants.

Meadow Flowers Australia is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from the ingestion of plants grown from our non-edible mixes.

  • Contamination / Cross-Planting:  Seeds grown outdoors may occasionally come into contact with non-edible species. We are not liable for contamination, cross-pollination, or other unintended interactions with nearby plants or crops. Customers should use caution if planting near other edible or sensitive crops.

  • Consumption Safety: While our mixes contain plants generally considered edible, we recommend proper identification and preparation before consumption. Meadow Flowers Australia is not liable for any adverse reactions from ingestion.

  • No Warranties: All seeds are sold “as is.” We make no warranties regarding germination, growth, or suitability for specific environments.

  • Limitation of Liability: By purchasing and using our seeds, the customer agrees that Meadow Flowers Australia is not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising from the use of the seeds.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where applicable, our liability is limited to either:

  • Replacing the product or providing an equivalent;
  • Refunding the purchase price.

Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim—whether in contract, negligence, or otherwise—will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the product in the three months preceding the claim.

Product Information and Availability

  • Information Accuracy: While we strive to provide reliable advice, we do not guarantee that all information in our communications is free from error or applicable to every gardening scenario.
  • Product Updates: We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products or services at any time without notice.

By purchasing from us, you agree to release and hold harmless Meadow Flowers Australia, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or legal actions arising from:

Resale Pricing & Online Sales Guidelines

All resellers must adhere to the following policies to ensure brand consistency, fair competition, and product integrity.

1. Pricing Policy

Our products should be sold at or above the recommended retail price (RRP) when listed individually.

A minimum advertised price (MAP) applies—resellers must not publicly advertise prices below our specified minimum (e.g., on websites, social media, or marketing materials).

Resellers may not sell our products for less than our official retail prices to compete directly with our store.

2. Minimum Pack Size & Pricing

The smallest wholesale pack size is 2g, with pricing varying depending on the seed mix.

Resellers may sell in smaller quantities (e.g., 1g, 0.5g, etc.), but must ensure that the per-gram price does not fall below the advertised minimum price.

If wholesalers buy in bulk and repackage the seeds themselves, they are still prohibited from selling below our advertised price.

This ensures brand integrity, product value, and fair pricing across all sales channels.

3. Online Sales & Branding

  • High-quality, professional images must be used for online listings. We can provide official product images upon request.
  • If using our images on social media, please ensure that our social media accounts are tagged:
    • Instagram: @meadowflowers_australia
    • Facebook: Meadow Flowers
    • Pinterest: meadowflowersa
  • Our products cannot be listed on third-party marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, or Etsy.
  • Product descriptions must be accurate and not mislead customers regarding seed contents, benefits, or origins.
  • Branding and packaging must maintain product integrity—repackaging is allowed but should not diminish perceived quality.
  • Resellers must comply with all applicable consumer laws, ensuring transparency in pricing, policies, and product claims.

4. Policy Compliance

We reserve the right to discontinue supply to any reseller who repeatedly violates these pricing and branding guidelines.

By purchasing from us, resellers agree to comply with these policies.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service, along with any separate agreements through which we provide you Services, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia.

If you have any questions, please contact us before making a purchase.
