Wildflower Meadow Planting On Nature Strips, Verges and Council Parks

The planting of nature strips & street verges create not only healthy and sustainable landscapes, but the delight of these flower displays to passing vehicle traffic and pedestrians is well documented. Meadow Flowers report interest is growing strongly from councils and homeowners across Australia, as people see the benefits and want to support the cause in their own locality.

Wildflower Meadow - City Council of Greater Dandenong, Victoria

Our very own wildflower seed mixes have been attracting a lot of attention from people and busy bees at the City of Greater Dandenong. We recently worked with the council to advise them how to successfully sow their wildflower seed mixes, and the results speak for themselves. After sowing our Hampton Court mix in early November, only 10 weeks later the wildflowers were thriving and continued through until June! Pictured are before and after shots of the totally transformed site.  Ground and soil preparation is key for a successful bloom.
