Description
This meadow flower mix comprises 7 annual plants (such as Marigold, Flax and Rudbeckia) and 12 perennial plants (such as Thyme, Yellow Chamomile, Blue Glow Globe-thistle and Yarrow). This mix is perfect for slopes, poor soil, embankments, and shaded areas such as under trees.
Sowing is ideally from September to November and from March to June. This garden will flower in Summer if it has been sown in Spring and in Spring in the following years.
This mix is specifically designed for import into WA.
If you are sowing in areas with less than 6 hours of sun, poorer soil conditions, under trees, or on slopes, a 3-gram rate would be ideal. For areas larger than 500 square meters, aim for between 3-4 grams per square meter, but do not exceed the recommended amount.
Keep in mind, more seeds do not equal more flowers; instead, they will compete with each other, resulting in lesser species growth.
Please note: Photos are for illustration purposes only. Species included may vary based on season and availability.
