Hardy Meadow Garden Seed Mix (WA)

For blooming flowers year after year that are tough enough for Australian conditions,  this is the mix to add to your garden landscapes - and it's stunning.

Description

This meadow flower seed mix comprises annual plants (such as Marigold, Flax and Rudbeckia) and perennial plants (such as Thyme, Yellow Chamomile and Yarrow).

This mix is perfect for slopes, poor soil, embankments, and shaded areas such as under trees.

This mix is specifically designed for import into WA.

If you are sowing in areas with less than 6 hours of sun, poorer soil conditions, under trees, or on slopes, a 3-gram rate would be ideal. For larger spaces (over 500 square metres), stick to 2-4 grams per square metre, ensuring you don’t exceed this. Adding more seeds than recommended can cause overcrowding, limiting the growth of some species instead of creating more flowers.

One gram of wildflower seed mix contains approximately 700 to 800 seeds, depending on the mix.
