Description

The Honey Bee and Butterfly Seed Mix contains the perfect flower and herb species to attract bees and butterflies, as well as all kinds of other insects and small animals on the search for food and shelter. This wonderful and colourful wildflower seed blend is made up of over 30 plant species, guaranteeing a staggering variety of flowers and colours. 

For a community, as well as for gardens at home, this flowery wildflower meadow seed mix is the perfect way to promote and safeguard biodiversity. This seed blend was developed in collaboration with the entomologist Jerome Yvernault and expert beekeepers, creating the perfect bee-attracting flower mix.

Composed of annual plants (such as Common Cornflower, Beebush and Dahlia) and perennial plants (such as Lavender, Nepeta Walker's Low, Evening Primrose and Meadow Sage) and many more.

  • Use 2–3g per m². Avoid overseeding as it can limit flower growth
  • One gram contains approximately 700–800 seeds
  • Can be sown anytime. Ideal sowing periods are Autumn and Spring. Avoid sowing just before or during frost—wait until after your last frost date
  • Do not mix different seed mixes, as this creates competition and will reduce the growth of some species
